Creating Global Campaign Performance Report grouped with Campaign names across different workspaces

Question

We have a requirement to create a Global campaign report which should list all campaign created across different workspaces. 
 
Ideally, we would like to populate campaign performance report grouped by Campaign names under each region/Country. Global workspace lists only the campaigns from Global workspace but not from other workspaces. We tried overcoming this situation by creating an Admin workspace with "All Partitions and workspaces" assigned but its still showing only the campaigns that were created under Admin workspace. 
 
We have also tried Revenue Cycle model where it allows to edit the "Transition Actions" with smart list enabled. But this again shows the campaigns created under Global Campaigns while applyting "Campaign was Executed" filter. 
 
Any thoughts??

Reports created in a particular workspace cannot report on the assets/campaigns/programs present in the other workspaces (technically, that is why the workspaces exist, i.e., to create logical partitions for organizing the marketing assets). You can try exporting the campaign activity reports from each WS and combine them together if you wish to view the campaign performance in one single place.
