Creating an API Secret Key for Marketo Sales Insight

How can I create an API Secret Key to use in Marketo to deploy Sales Insight? I'm in admin > Integration > Sales Insight > Edit API configuration. Should I be using my Salesforce API?

The secret key can be anything thats 10 characters with at least one number...

That's the Marketo instructions that I followed... but it doesn't give any specifics on finding the API secret key. So do I just make it up? Typically these things are generated for the user, so that feels strange). But, if that's the case I can easily create a strong of 10 characters with 1 number!
