Creating a smart list for lead who have failed to Syn to Salesforce

Hi,

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to create a smart list to figure what leads have failed to sync over to sailsforce given a set period of time.

Thanks, I saw this but could not figure out how what to use as criteria to launch the campaign to isolate those leads who have failed.

Do I select all group of leads and reforce a sync then view in SFDC?
