Creating a smart list

I need help creating a smart liist - based on customers that click 'can attend' versus those that click 'cannot attend' .  For some reason my list that contains the smart list for 'cannot attend' also contains some that clicked 'can attend' and my Can attend smart list contains all - so those that clicked either check button.

any ideas how I can resolve this?

Hi Patricia, maybe their value was checked from a previous event? Could you limit it using a filter of data value changed for that field, in a limited timeframe? Or you could say cannot attend is true and filled out form on the landing page for the event? If none of that works, we might need a little bit more information about the way you've set this up to provide a solution.

Perhaps you can post the screenshot or criteria you listed?

I bet you are using NOT CONTAINS or CONTAINS and not enough of the right link to bring in the right folks.
