Creating a link between two Leads

I'm asking this question, fully expecting the answer to be 'no', but here goes..!

Is there any way of making a connection between two Leads in Marketo, so that when a data change happens in one lead, you can send out an alert to another lead. So for example if Person A fills out a webform, Person B gets an email saying 'Person A just filled out a webform'. It's basically like a sales alert, but one which goes to another lead in Marketo, rather than the sales owner.

Any ideas..?

You can define any email address to receive an alert - it doesn't need to be a sales/lead owner.  Either hard-code it into the OTHER field or create local token and use that within the OTHER field.
