Creating 2 different nurtures for leads based on visiting different pages

I am having an issue creating two nurtures for two different groups of leads.

One group is people that have downloaded our catalog but have not registered for an account with us. In this smart list, I have SFDC type is Lead, Visited Web Page contains /catalogdownload, Not Visited Web Page is register/complete in past 30 days.

The other group is people who filled out the first page of our registration but did not fill out the second. For this smart list, I have SFDC type is Lead, Visited Web Page is retailer/register, Not Visited Web Page is register/complete in past 30 days.

I have activated both campaigns but no one has gone through the flow. What am I doing wrong?
