Is it possible to create a single landing page with a single form for a series of ReadyTalk webinars, where page visitors can select one of multiple webinar dates from a drop down menu?

I reached out to ReadyTalk and they did not have an answer or natively support this.  I'm interested to know if anyone has created a custom form to do this.
