Create multiple programs and define all fields at once

Is it possible to create multiple programs at once?
For example if I have a spreadsheet with all the fields defined already, can I upload it somewhere to add the programs in that way?

Program name      Salesforce campaign Sync Name       Type            etc...

A better question would be, where is all the program information for marketo stored? Is it accessible and can it be edited?

Not that I know of.

Your best way is to Clone a Program Template if the programs in question are very similar. Most people setup a Program with all the assets, lists, flows, and tokens and then clone it. The only thing to change usually is the myTokens and then make sure it runs properly.

Sadly they are similar but not similar enough to just clone without adjustment.
Even if they were all exactly the same, cloning more than 100 events at once could be easily a days work when it could be 10 minutes.
