Create Interesting Moment with name of Marketing List (Microsoft Dynamics)

How can I create an interesting moment to be created in Marketo when someone gets added to Microsoft Dynamics Marketing List?

Hi @danielle_wong 

 

Below is the list you'll need to complete this task.

- Access to Microsoft Dynamics and Power Automate

- A custom field in Dynamics

- Field Name: Added to Marketing List

- Marketo synced with Dynamics

 

Create a Power Automate Flow :  When a record is added to a Marketing List then Set the custom field to Yes

 

Once the contact is updated, Dynamics syncs with Marketo (usually within 5 minutes), and your Marketo Smart Campaign will pick up the change and log the Interesting Moment.

    Thanks for the this outline of the process! To confirm, will the name of the Marketing List be carried into the Interesting Moment description?

    Hi @danielle_wong 

     

    By default, the name of the Marketing List is not automatically carried into the Interesting Moment description in Marketo—unless you explicitly pass it
