Create Account and Opportunity Objects in Salesforce via Forms

Hi,

I would like to create a special refferal program, using the Marketo Forms, that will automaticaly create and account and opportunity object (Associated to the newly created Account).

Is this possible to do this via the Marketo forms? if yes, how?

I've attached below a schema of what I need to do.
