Create a task notifications

A few of our sales team members (using Salesforce) are not receiving notifications when we create a task in Marketo and sync to Salesforce. Any ideas?

  • In Marketo, did you check the box "Send Notification" this will be run via SFDC.
  • in SFDC, are you sure that the Send Notification for Tasks is setup properly? Do those users have the correct email address in their Users? Are they being assigned the Task and the Record?
