Create a List or Add To List API call

In our integration we like to "tag-back" to Marketo each time a campaign is sent. We were hoping to be able to either create a new list or add to an existing list when our users mail a campaign using an API call. Thanks!

I might be oversimplifying this, but have you considered putting an Add to List action after the email send in the Flow?

Sorry if i wasn't clear, this is for our Direct Mail Mangager for Marketo integration, so after we receive data to mail postcards using a WebHook in a Marketo campaign, we like to "tag" the customer in Marekto with the campaign name and date sent. A Marekto user could definately do what you are suggesting in their campaign, we jus want to automate it for them.

In that case, how about the Webhook is Called trigger? Then in your flow you can record the campaign name and date with the tokens - {{Campaign.Name}} and {{system.date}}, as well as add them to a list.
