Create a form notification email from the lead who completed the form:

I have a form notification set up when a lead completes the contact us form to email us. Is it possible to set this up so that the email comes from the lead who completed the form so that we can easily reply directly to them? I have tried to use personalization tokens in the from email field but it doesn't seem to be working.

Eh, definitely a bad idea to use the form submitter's {{lead.Email Address}} as the From:. If their domain publishes a DMARC record the email will be rejected.

For Reply-To, it should work, but honestly you gain little from this and may tick off the recipient because you're pretending there was an original referenced email. Why not have a mailto: link in the body of the alert instead, if you want sales to be able to compose a new email quickly?
