Could not Reach Support UI 'My Cases'

Hi Support,

I am from Lattice Engines, and created some cases on Support.

When trying to update case status yesterday, I found that the UI system has been updated and I could not reach the Support UI 'My Cases'.

I tried to click the link 'here' above, and reach the UI bellow.

When trying to click the second link 'here', the UI page would not jump anywhere.

How could I reach 'My Cases'?

Hello Biao,

After looking into your account, it appears you were associated with a Marketo sandbox instance that was not connected to a support entitlement.  I've corrected the issue and you should be able to access the My Cases Tab and also submit a case through the CaseConnector.

Hi Beao

I found my company has similar issue and contact marketo support via email.

Today it is resolved.

We filled in some missing fields that didn't make it over during the migration.

Please log off > clear all cookies and everything > quit > restart browser and log into your instance, then click on the Community.

Yup, we had the same issue as well. Looks like it was something missed in the transfer. Can't expect everything to go perfectly
