Question

Correlation analysis for the lead journeys

Hello,

Could, please, someone advise on how I could find out in Marketo, what are the most efficient and most popular lead journeys through my campaigns in Marketo?

Is there any special type of report?

Thanks, Jakob.

Hi Jakob,

This si not really an easy one. You can use the program performance and the Opportunity analysis, provided that you have the RCM option and you have set it up. But it will not give you any information about the journey per se.

Jakob,

I would like to know the answer to this question as well. It would be great to see a flow chart of how people come into the system and qualify (by volume), and see the pathways they "typically" take - which could include: content downloads, events, website visit, etc.

The only report I found somewhat helpful was the Opportunity Analyzer.

Hi Morgan,

I concur, that "Journey Analyzer" would be a very valuable tool, as it would enable to validate / invalidate the assumptions we make when ordering content. It should also correlate the various pathways with the conversion into business and even provide some "predictive" hints on how to improve the journeys. It should be possible to break it down by buyer personas or target segments.

I had a discussion with PM a few months ago on this very topic, but I am not sure that the ideas I let to anything in the roadmap We need to keep trying.
