Correct Automatic Translation on Japanese Forms

When setting a language on forms, there is some automatic translation of common form labels—this is great and helps save time when doing multilingual work. However, in the Japanese translation, there's a bit of clunky wording:

• First Name as 「ファースト ネーム」
• Last Name as 「ラスト ネーム」

The fact that these are written as loan words isn't really accurate, as you'd expect

• First Name: 名
• Last Name: 姓

In fact, Marketo's own Japanese contact form uses the more common way of expressing given name/surname. Could this be updated in the product itself?
