Copying Salespeople on Campaigns

I want to copy our salespeople on the outbound mails.  not for everyone, I just want them to be on the list of people that get the mail like everyone on teh smartlist for the program.  How do I do that?
There is nothing in the smartlist that I can find for "SFDC users"  and the only way (I think) to get a mail to someone if if they are a lead in marketo.  Our own people are not leads in marketo or SFDC.
How do people handle this?

Hi Rich,

I create a static lists for each sales & Marketing region and add the static list to the outbound emails. That way, you'll be able easy for you to send the emails by specific marketing campaign that is happening in that region.
