'Copy from HTML' not working for emails

Neither "Copy from HTML" button is working for us right now (in the Email Action dropdown or in the Edit Section Text area). Is there a solution to this?

Is it possible browser issue? javascript not loading / allowed?
Is it consistent on different machines and browsers too? Does restarting browsers / machine help?

Hi Rajesh,

This is an issue on different computers and different browsers in different states. Restarting does not make any difference for us. Do you have any other ideas?
