Cookies are crossed

Hello:

An employee is being tracked as one of our leads.  Somehow the cookies got crossed.  Any ideas how to clear this out.  He has already cleared his cookies.

I've had this issue happen before. Nothing you can really do but clear your caches and cookies.

I'd love a "Clear Cookie Association" flow step.

Hi there, you can have the employee fill out a Marketo form as a new lead. Then, Marketo will track this new lead as him/her.
