So cookies don't last forever... people clear them from time to time... or daily... or chagrin them altogether.
That said, have you done anything clever to increase the trackability of your database? Is there anything clever beyond the standard email link that has boosted traction?
And if so, have you been able to monitor/track the # of known leads in your system, who are cookied?
I've looked at some older posts, discussing the idea of not looking at cookies per se, but rather just basic web activity.
