Not sure precisely what you're looking to achieve, if you just want a plugin that adds the Munchkin code, or something else.

Gravity forms has an add-on to pass data to Marketo: https://wordpress.org/plugins/marketo/

If you want to display targeted, or conditional content on your wordpress website - say, you want to display the address of Australia if the visitor is from Australia, and you want to display the address of US if the visitor is from US, then you can use this plugin

For the wordpress blogpost, you can do the custom code using API that everytime a blogpost is published, it will trigger a campaign in Marketo that'll send emails to the user with newly published blogpost content. Drop me a line at info@grazitti.com for more.
