Content Exhausted

Hello,

I'm testing our an engagement program, and currently have two leads in stream 1. Both leads have exhausted all content in the stream.

Stream 2 has a transition rule set up that says once anyone in stream 1 is delivered email X, they will then be pulled into stream 2.

Well, both leads were delivered email X a few days ago, and instead of being pulled into the next stream I keep getting notifications from Marketo that stream 1 has been exhausted.

How do I get them into the next stream?

Thanks.

Hi Malik,

Can you post a screenshot of your transition rule?

Are you using a trigger or a filter? That could be it.

Justin,

I removed all the leads from the nututure (still being tested, so no biggy) and put another test lead in there and now it seems to be working.

However, the way I have my engagement program set up is that I have one email per stream - so right now we have 14 streams, and each time a lead is delivered an email in the current stream they are pulled into the next stream.

HOwever, in between this process we get a notification from Marketo that the stream has been "exhausted" - which is pretty obvious since there is only one email per stream so once that email is sent out than naturally the stream will be exhausted. Is there anyway to turn off this notification ?
