Has anyone has best practice around Contacts changing organization how do you keep sales informed and data up to date.

Look at having a smart campaign to monitor if your named account emails bounce. Then alert the lead owner that thier named account contact may have changed Org/Companies.

As was mentioned it is difficult to automate any sort of changing company program because you have to be able to tie the two records together. I provided an example of how you could manage the records without losing data.
