Contact/Lead Ownership Sharing and Sales Insight
In our SFDC Org we utilize the Account Team feature and our multiple sales teams understand they may 'share' certain Contacts which causes problems with viewing My Best Bets in Sales Insight as obviously they can't both literally own the Contact so it only shows up in one of their views when ideally it would show up for both.
Was hoping to get feedback here from others who may have a similar business model and how you handled it in context of Sales Insight.
