Connect and disconnect to another instance from admin

I would like to be able to connect and disconnect our instances without the need of asking support. Would love to make it in the admin section.

In fact, what we would need here is a 2 way approval. I ask to connect to another instance, then I need to go to this second instance and validate the request for connection.

As a partner, this would enable us to connect a customer's prod instance where we have tens of program templates that we could import in a couple of clicks from the dev instance, then disconnect the 2.
