Conference Badges and Attendee Tracking

We use Cvent as our large-scale event management solution. We are looking for the best 21-century solution for badges for our upcoming user confernce. We will have 1000+ attendees, and would like to track their session attendance using a QR code iPad Scanner, RFID, NFC or other method.

Does anyone have suggestions of companies that offer this type of service, including badge printing? I have been looking at ITN International...

Oops - I guess no one's printing badges around here. This came up with a company I'm working with now.
