I want to make the lead wait based on field value i a campaign. if the field value is "beginner", it has to to wait for 10 days.  if the field value is "intermediate", it has to to wait for 8 days. if the field value is "expert", it has to to wait for 6 days. and then it will send email. But i cannot find the "add choice" option for wait step in marketo smart campaign.  is there any solution or workaround for this? i have around 20 choices. Do i have to create 20 campaigns for this?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. If you have move than one choice that would fall under the same amount of days, you can group them.

Ex:

Choice 1 = 6 days

Choice 2 = 6 days

Choice 3 = 8 days

Choice 4 = 8 days

Choice 5 = 6 days

You could group it like this:

6 days

Choice 1

Choice 2

Choice 5

8 days

Choice 3

Choice 4

So,Do i have to create different campaign for different wait steps?

You can create a requested campaign.

Create one with a 1 hour and 1 day wait step. In the Flow Step, based on your condition, request either of the 2 campaigns.

More triggered campaigns will slow your system down, just FYI
