Conditional Form by Lead Type

Hello I am looking for information on how to set up identifying which conditional form fields would display on a form by lead type. In addition we have a condition for fields to be displayed if the lead type is not identified.

You mean a Visibility Rule based on a field Lead Type? That would be easy to set up in Form Editor. Of course  it would only work if the session is already associated with a lead who has that field filled in.
