Compare leads in a static list with Members in a Program

Hi there,

I have a Program with members in it. I also have a static list of leads.
Some of the leads in the list are members of the program.

I would like to find out from my list > who are not members of the Program.

Once i can determine this >  i would like to import these leads into the Program.

If anyone can share a way on how to do this that would be great.

Try creating a Smart Campaign with the following in the Smart List:

User-added image

Then in the flow you can Change Program Status/Request Campaign etc.
