Company Web Activity Report won't filter by country

Hoping someone can help me -- I'm trying to create a company web activity report that filters by country (only US, Canada, and Mexico). I've added the filter to the smart list (country is US, Canada, Mexico) but the report doesn't seem to be filtering at all. Am I missing something?

By the way, I'm using the Spark edition.

I just tested--filtering by country seems to be working  for me.

The one thing that comes to mind would be to check your ANY vs. ALL setting.

For example, If you sent an email to your entire databas, then selected ANY with two filters--was sent email and Country=USA, you're list will  include your entire database.
