Communications Limits by Lead or Email Address?

Hello, We are going to divide our instance into two partitions based on our evolving business needs.  Due to this split we will also have the possibility of dupes, one in each partition. Are communication limits based on the email address or by the lead?

    According to support communications limits are based on the lead, not the email address.

    Dupes cannot occur across LPs. Are you disabling deduping?

    I believe comms limits are by email address. Check the docs.

    Not sure I follow.  We will have different landing pages for each workspace which will contain the corresponding partition.  We currently have dupes emails in the single partition - one for personal and one for business.  How does one disable deduping?

    According to support communications limits are based on the lead, not the email address.
