Communication Limits Report

Hello,

I'm trying to pull up a report of all the leads who did not get sent emails due to communication limits. Each email campaign is limited by checking the "block non-operational emails" option. How can I create such a report?

There's nothing automatic that will show you this information. You could build a smart list of "member of smart campaign" [your campaign that sent the email] and "not was sent email". Which should tell you who wasn't sent the email. This will also include people who are marketing suspended, email invalid, and unsubscribed, so you might want to exclude those from your smart list as well.
