Communication Limits for Different Audiences in Marketo

Does anyone have any insight into if it is possible to have different communication limits apply to different segments of a Marketo database?

I am not even sure if this is possible but thought I would ask.

Hi Christine,

No, this is not possible. Even Workspace do not offer communication limits per workspace.

You can override communication limits at smart campaign level, though.

Yes, I'd build a set of smart lists and feed these into lists. It's a bit complex.

  • Was Sent Email in Past X Days at least 1x
  • then exclude that list
  • can setup batches to push in and out such leads.

It's not super amazing, but it can work.
