If a lead has reached the set communication limit for the day, will a message attempt to them merely be delayed until the following day, or blocked and never be delivered?

Here is a link to the idea to delay the email send instead of skip it - please vote on it!

Hi Eric,

If a lead has reached the daily communication limits, Marketo will not send them the email unless the email is marked operational.  If the email is non-operational, you will have to resend the email yourself the following day.

There may be an Idea to enhance this functionality to delay until next open period.

Val,

If the "blocked" email is part of a smart campaign flow, that would be difficult. Josh's suggesstion to create a "delay" option would be really helpful. Thanks!
