Communication Limits - Any Plans to Enable Frequency by Month

The Communication Limits don't appear to let you limit frequency to less than once per week (other than 0). Are there plans to enable setting a monthly limit?

No current plan to set this to monthly at this time.

Why not? This is what I would like to do, limit 2 emails per lead each month.
