Communication Limits and Seed Lists

Hello,

With the more recent communication limits feature, it would be nice if there was a global setting to exclude certain domains so that we can ensure seeds lists ALWAYS receive outbound emails. I understand there are work around but this would be a very beneficial setting for this feature.
