I had a few questions and want to get a better understanding on how communication limits work:

Is there a particular day the 7 days start?
If a lead receives an email on Monday of this week, and again on Tuesday of this week, the next eligible day for this lead to receive an email is on Wednesday of next week?

No, it is a rolling 7 calendar days, inclusive of today. So if I receive an email today, Monday the 14th, then the limits will account for all emails sent from Tuesday the 8th, through Monday the 14th, to determine whether the email should be sent.
