Comments Section for Test Emails

It would be nice to have the ability to add some comments at the top of test emails so you could get approvals directly on the email or let the person you're sending know what to check or provide feedback on the email text or templates they create.  When doing this by sending yourself a test, the preview email often loses its formatting.
