collapse folders

Does anyone know why all my folders collapse everytime I leave a section and come back?  Everytime Ieave the database section and come back, they are all closed and I need to open, open, open folders until I get to the smart list I was just working with.  How can I stop this?  Thanks!

Hi Sherin,

There's no easy solution to this.  I'd just recommend working in tabs instead of constantly switching between Design Studio/Lead Database/Marketing Activites/etc.  Just bring up the dropdown, right click, and open each section in a new tab.

I'm always working in Marketing Activities, and do this every time I switch to a different section so I don't lose what I was working on.

Hey Sherin!

You can always go the My Marketo (welcome/home) page and access the last few items you were working on. But I do have a similar setup to Laura: each section in its own tab.

You might want to also check to see if the Collapse Folders option is disabled under the Admin > Treasure Chest section.
