CNAME defaults to "page not found", how to fix?

Hi Marketo Community!

Sorry if this is a silly question.

Our CNAME hitwise.connexity.com , if you go there it lands on a page not found page. connexity.com/hitwise/notfound.html

How do we make it pull up "www.connexity.com" insteand? Is that done through IT/network admin?

Primary reason:

Our landing page keeps getting rejected by the Google Ad Exchange.

Google says the destination site is "not crawlable" so our theory is we need to fix where hitwise.connexity.com goes.
