Cloning segments

It would be great if we could clone parts of segments. For example, we determine cities using a number of different fields/complex logic and its a pain to put together the filters for every new city. It would be great if we could clone them like a smart list.

    This would also be extremely useful for us as we use segments to determine what somebody sees on a landing page based on their invite/RSVP status for an event.

    I need to input the 57 some-odd countries in the AMER region for every campaign. Marketo, PLEASE. What is taking so long? This is a terrible user experience.
