Cloning Engagement Program error

Hi, 

I am trying to clone engagement program but i am getting error :
"Program clone failed — Failed to create new program"

I have two different marketo instance and i tried to clone engagment on both the instance and i am getting same error on both the instance. 

Is anyone else facing the same issue?

I get this error when I clone a email send program too. I think the clone feature maybe down.

This may be caused by a Template that is not in the Workspace you are cloning to.

You should copy the Templates or fields to the target instance first.

Hi Josh, The template is present in same workspace in design studio and also earlier I had cloned this program twice and it worked. Only difference between earlier and now is I have created new engagement stream performance report and lead performance report. I tried cloning program after deleting reports also but that Aldo didn't help. Thanks for your help in advance

Hi folks
We are experiencing the same issue. When trying to clone a program to another campaign folder, we get the same error.
Any update from Marketo on this??

Hi Simon, I have created the support ticket already and marketo support team has routed the ticket to tier 2 level team. I will update here once i will get reply from them.
