Cloning Emails NOT working!

Is anyone else having trouble cloning emails in @marketo? I tried yesterday and again this morning, and I get the following error message: Program clone failed — Failed to clone email batch program

I did not have any issues with cloning an Email Program or Email when I just did it. I recommend reaching out to Support by opening a support ticket to see if this is something that is going on with your instance.

No issues here. If it's not a role-based thing (i.e. your user record's assigned role doesn't have permission to clone programs), I'd reach out to support.

Hey Christy,

I have not had any issues with cloning emails recently however I have noticed some other similar performance issues. Marketo support said it might have been because they were doing some maintenance in the backend. Best to reach out to them, some times its just a simple temporary performance issue.
