Cloning Emails Between Workspaces

What is the easiest way to clone emails between workspaces from the design studio? Do you have to create a folder and then share that folder between workspaces? Or can you share the individual emails between workspaces?

    Yes, you need to put the email in a shared folder.


    If you put it in a Program, you can Import the Program from the other WS.

    Jose I am not seeing the option to share with other workspace. Why would that be. Again this is in the design studio.

    Only the templates within DS can be shared, would be nice to share email folders but it does not appear doable today.

    Our process, although convoluted, to share design studio assets between work spaces is:

    1. ​​​Create a folder in same workspace as DS assets within Marketing Activities that you will move to your new workspace
    2. Create a program in that same folder which will contain the emails and be moved
    3. Clone each asset required into that folder/program
    4. Move the newly created program folder (drag/drop) to your workspace
    5. [optional] Clone newly moved assets to Design Studio
    6. [optional] Delete program folder you cloned/moved to MA, leaving only the DS versions.
