Cloning a Program to another instance

I have built an email campaign in my specific team's folder and I am trying to get it cloned to other team's folders. However, when I shared the campaign it is now showing up for them as a locked folder and I cannot get it unlocked. Has anyone else had a similar issue? If so, can you please share how you resolved this?

I'd put in a ticket to Marketo with the specific campaign. It could be that the two of them aren't 'allowed' to 'talk' yet.

Hi Nicole,

If you right click on the campaign that is in the locked folder, can you clone it to another folder within the workspace?

Sometimes a refresh of the page does wonders.

Is this a Workspace or an Instance?

Usually in Workspaces, you need to move the campaign to a Shared Folder and then the others can see this.

I was able to clone the folder, but it wasn't talking correctly to the others that it was cloned to. Thanks for all of your suggestions!
