Clone program or emails from Production to Sandbox?

I need to clone a program today from our Production instance to our Sandbox and can't figure out how (or if!) to do this. I'd also be curious how to do it the other way - Sandbox to Production - for future reference.  Saw an older post on this but it wasn't too helpful. Thanks for any help you can provide.

You can go into Sandbox and say Import Program. It will ask you for the Library and your Production should be in there.

BUT, you probably have to do this first:
  1. Call Support
  2. Ask them to connect the two instances so you can use Program Library
  3. give them both admin accounts and Account Strings

then it should work.

Hi Josh, Can i clone Programs, Emails, Forms and Landing pages from Sandbox to Production?
