Client Engagement Consultant

We want to send our clients emails 2X a week. I often do not have the emails until the day before. Is there a way to set up an ongoing campaign or do I need to create a new campaign each time? We have new members join daily, so I dont want to exclude them either.

At the user summit, Marketo annouced an easier way to accomplish exactly what you're trying to do, but the availablily was stated as a vague "rolling out over the next few months"
