Hello,

I have a problem displaying email depending on the inbox (gmail, hotmail, outlook, etc.) that receives my Marketo email.

From the email analytics platform, we can see on which device (OS, Android) and media (mobile, desktop) emails are received.
Is it not possible to know the type of email account (gmail, hotmail, outlook, etc.)?

Is it possible to have quantified studies, statistics on the type of email client that opens emails from marketo?

Hi there,

Marketo doesn't have any tracking that identifies what type of platform an email is opened in. There are tools out in the marketo - such as Litmus - that do provide this level of tracking and can assist with identifying display issues with your email while you are at it.
