If you are talking about an email: In the smart list when you add the filter clicked link in email, choose "link is" for the constraint and click the green +. Any links in your chosen email will auto populate.

Works the same for triggers.
Email is Link contains-->hit green plus sign and they will auto populate.
This is for a Smart List within a Smart Campaign, so that I can have the progression status in Marekto and the Memeber Status in Salesforce automatically changed if a specific link is clicked in an email.
me again so i changed contains and reduced characters to just a couple words in the link and now works this is a huge flaw that you can't use the link as is in email
