We want to add links to our documents, so whenever a prospect reviews a document, he has the option to click "Please contact us" and he will be redirected to a "Contact us" page (with a Marketo form).
How can I track the document clicks?

You can use URL Parameters to differentiate the origin of the link. ?utm_source=DocumentX&utm_medium=PDF&utm_campaign=

You could use the "click link" filter and add the name of the link.

How do I differentiate between "web" clicks - i.e. clicks on the "Contact us" tab on our website?

You can just add the name of the link to the trigger. It asks you for a link name.
